Matt Novak

Matt Novak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently employed as the Vice President of Global Distribution and Transportation at Fortune Brands Home & Security since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group from January 2020 to October 2022.

Matt also gained extensive experience at GE Lighting, where they held various leadership roles. Matt served as the General Manager of Distribution & Transportation from July 2017 to January 2020, overseeing a large network of distribution centers and transportation sourcing. Prior to this, they were the Manufacturing Restructuring Program Leader from November 2015 to July 2017, responsible for a global program involving the closure of multiple facilities. Matt also held positions such as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Manager of Shop Operations, demonstrating their ability to lead and manage teams in different manufacturing environments.

Before their career in the private sector, Matt served as a Company Commander in the US Army from November 2002 to September 2004, where they led personnel and assets in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
