Matt Rapport

Matt Rapport has extensive experience in corporate development and M&A, with their most recent role being Director - M&A | Corporate Development at Fortune Brands Innovations since October 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department at the same company. Matt also has experience in corporate development and FP&A at PSAV, where they were a Manager. Matt previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC as a Senior Associate in the Industrial Technology Group, at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Associate Investor, at HarbourVest Partners LLC as a Private Equity Associate, and at Wachovia Securities LLC as an Investment Banking Analyst.

Matt Rapport has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Matt also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a focus on Finance & International Business. Prior to that, Matt attended Ridgewood High School. In addition to their degrees, Matt has obtained certifications in Series 63 - Securities Agent, Series 7 - General Securities Representative, and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
