Rhonda Francis

Rhonda Francis has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 27 years. Rhonda has held various roles in multiple companies. From 1994 to 2004, Rhonda worked at Johns Manville as a Human Resource Manager. In 2005, they joined Therma-Tru Doors as the Director of HR & Recruiting, a position they held until 2011. During their time at Therma-Tru Doors, Rhonda also served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In 2018, Rhonda joined Fortune Brands Innovations, where they currently hold the position of SVP HR. Prior to their current role, they served as the SVP HR for Fortune Brands Home & Security. Rhonda Francis completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University between 1982 and 1986.
