Stephanie Nelson

Stephanie Nelson has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Stephanie has held various leadership positions in well-known companies, including Fortune Brands Innovations, where they served as the VP of Talent & Org Development since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at MasterBrand Cabinets as the VP of Human Resources and as the Vice President of Field Human Resources. Stephanie also held the role of Sr. Director of Talent Management at MasterBrand. Before joining MasterBrand, Stephanie worked at Simonton Windows as the Director of Human Resources. Their experience also includes working at Harry & David as the Sr Manager of Talent Management and Manager of Human Resources. Stephanie began their career at Big Lots as the Sr Field Management Recruiter responsible for the staffing of a large region. Stephanie started their journey in the field of human resources at Robert Half International, where they served as a Staffing Manager.

Stephanie Nelson has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Charleston. In 2003, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
