T J Manion

T J Manion has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design. Starting with an internship at The Step2 Company in 2003, they gained experience in designing toys, home and garden products, and furniture. T J further interned at Nottingham Spirk and Eleven, LLC, where they focused on office furniture and oral hygiene products, respectively. T J then worked at Brooks Stevens, Inc. as an intern, where they worked on conceptualization for various clients in a range of industries. After that, they interned at Ethicon, Inc., where they developed product concepts for medical devices. T J then joined The Step2 Company as an industrial designer, where they had ownership of product development from concept to finished goods. T J later worked for TTI Floor Care North America as an industrial designer, where they contributed to the development of innovative and revolutionary products in the commercial division. In 2015, T J joined Moen Incorporated as a senior industrial designer, focusing on product design. Most recently, they joined Fortune Brands Water Innovations as a principal industrial designer, before moving on to their current role as the Director of Industrial Design, Outdoors & Security and Connected Products at Fortune Brands Innovations.

T J Manion earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, attending from 2001 to 2006.
