Amanda Gerut

Amanda Gerut has over 15 years of experience in editorial and reporting roles within the finance and governance sectors. Currently serving as an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Small-Cap Institute, Inc. since August 2019, Amanda also works as an Associate Editor for Agenda Week, focusing on corporate governance issues such as director recruitment and board evaluations since March 2010. Additionally, Amanda holds the position of Editor At Large for ESG at CleanTechIQ, specializing in sustainable investing and clean technology. Prior to these roles, Amanda was involved with BoardIQ—a Financial Times service—where responsibilities included Reporter, Associate Editor, and Managing Editor from April 2005 to March 2010. Amanda Gerut holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from New York University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
