Jo Stansfield is an experienced executive in the telecommunications and consulting industries, currently serving as Chief of Capability and Operations at Fortysouth, where responsibilities include establishing operating models and managing HR, health and safety, and operations. Jo is also a board member for Tika and Construction Health and Safety NZ (CHASNZ). Previously, Jo held the position of Executive Director at 3Plus Consulting, leading the establishment of the Auckland presence and overseeing a significant brand transformation at Vodafone New Zealand. Jo's experience includes leadership roles at Vodafone as Head of Service Delivery/Channel Strategy and Transformation, Auckland Transport as Group Manager Customer Services, and Kiwibank as Advisor to the CEO, focusing on digital transformation and cultural change. Earlier career highlights include consulting at PwC on complex business transformations and leadership roles at Spark New Zealand across various customer management and service delivery functions. Education includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from The University of Waikato.
