Grounded in advocacy for women’s health, comfort, and safety, LOLA offers clean and organic period care and sexual wellness products to help women and menstruators feel good from puberty through menopause (and beyond) while prioritizing customer convenience and minimizing our environmental footprint.

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. LOLA operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week. LOLA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Forum Brands, which builds and operates exceptional brands with exceptional products in the Family, Health & Wellness, and Pet categories.

We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee LOLA’s retention marketing with a focus on subscriber retention and growth. In this role, you will have ownership over our current email marketing strategy, and you’ll have the opportunity to significantly improve retention and engagement metrics while decreasing subscriber churn. You will also develop our SMS marketing strategy and help manage our customer loyalty program. This role will report into LOLA’s General Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Overhaul existing email journey strategy to significantly improve customer retention
  • Optimize batch & blast email campaign content and increase send velocity to grow revenue generated from the email channel
  • Develop and implement SMS marketing strategy to boost customer loyalty and grow incremental revenue
  • Develop and implement robust churn mitigation strategy with an objective of decreasing churn rate over time by activating and optimizing all potential levers
  • Additional ad hoc marketing channel support, including copywriting, organic social and lead generation

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in an email, lifecycle or retention marketing role
  • Passion for consumer goods/women’s health & wellness products
  • Experience building email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo or another ESP
