Jennifer Kruk

Jennifer Kruk is the current VP of M&A at Forum Brands. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on small cap equity research. Jennifer began their career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank, before moving to Macquarie Group, where they eventually became Senior Vice President. In 2018, they joined BBRC Private Equity as Principal, Consumer Growth Equity. During their time at BBRC, they were responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions, as well as leading the US private equity business and managing the rebranding project. In November 2019, they joined Forum Brands as VP of M&A.

Jennifer Kruk has a PhD in Finance from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, and a Higher School Certificate from Loreto Normanhurst.

Jennifer Kruk reports to Brenton Howland, Founder & Co-CEO. They are on a team with Salvatore Randazzo - VP of Engineering, Anna Podkovyrova - VP of Finance, and Sarah Pottieger, sPHR - Head of People.
