Norman Fastenberg

Norman Fastenberg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Norman started their career at IBM in 1962, where they worked as a Department Manager for eight years. Following this, they joined Citigroup as an AVP - Applications and was responsible for managing Back Office Application Development for a year. In 1971, they became the SVP-CIO N.A. at Swiss Reinsurance, where they worked for thirteen years until 1984. After that, they joined FGIC as the SVP-CIO for two years before becoming the Managing Director at The Forum Group in 1986.

Norman Fastenberg holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College. Norman also pursued further education and completed coursework towards an MBA (ABD) in Operations Research at Baruch College.
