RJV was instrumental in setting up Forus Health's manufacturing facility from scratch and building a team with GMP standards. His expertise lies in taking a product from its concept through stages of development, implementation, cost optimization, manufacturing, and finally its launch. He is an exceptional leader with experience in leading multiple development teams (H/W, S/W, ID, and mechanical) and the ability to build, train, and lead highly efficient cross-functional teams. With 20+ years of experience, RJV has extensively worked and interacted with global companies and customers. Before joining Forus Health, he worked with Epigon Media Technologies, BPL Telecom, BPL Sanyo Technologies, BPL, and Electronic Research.
