Adam Smrtic

Adam Smrtic is an experienced industrial engineer currently employed at Forward Air since March 2013, focusing on the connection between business and operations. Previously, as an IT Architect at TapDynamics from April 2011 to September 2012, Adam collaborated with the operations team to define internal technology requirements and served as the primary contact for clients and suppliers regarding installation issues. Earlier experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company (February 2006 - April 2011), where Adam managed high-volume operations to ensure a quality customer experience, and as an Analyst/Engineer at "M Display" (April 2005 - September 2005), where responsibilities included developing material requirements and analyzing production processes.
