Nneka Ochonogor

Nneka Ochonogor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nneka is currently serving as the Head of People at Yoto since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Forward Partners starting from 2022. Nneka also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at LinkAble in 2022. Nneka has held significant positions at Three Whiskey, including Chief People Officer from 2020 to 2022 and HR Director from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Nneka was involved in leadership roles at CIPD, The Social Mind UK, BBC, Millicom, Global Career Company, and Justmeans, where they gained experience in HR, recruitment, and corporate social responsibility.

Nneka Ochonogor holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Nneka also completed a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Bath. Nneka further pursued studies in Human Resource Development and Consultancy at Birkbeck, University of London, as well as completed an Executive Development Program on Managing Talent for Competitive Advantage from the University of Bath. Additionally, they studied Finance for the Non-Financial Manager at City, University of London.
