Adam Small

Adam Small has been working in the professional world since 2003. Theirfirst role was a Merchandise Planning Manager at Target, which they held from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they took on an internship as a Product Manager at Amazon.com. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Customer Experience & Strategy at SERVIZ. Most recently, they have been working as an Operations employee at Forward since 2017.

Adam Small holds an MBA from The Wharton School in Strategic Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Organizational Behavior and Marketing.
