Niko Quinones II, RN

Niko Quinones II, RN has a wide range of experience in the medical field. From 2010 to 2022, they have worked for Neurological Rehabilitation Living Center, Atlantic Health, Dominion Hospital, Elastic, and Forward. At Neurological Rehabilitation Living Center, they served as a Senior Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Rehabilitation Educator, where they performed administrative tasks, provided behavioral health and rehabilitative services, and led and planned group workshops. At Atlantic Health, they were a Lead Mental Health Technician- Adult Inpatient Unit, where they provided behavioral health and rehabilitative services, conducted secondary intake assessments, psychosocial summaries, assisted with treatment planning, and supportive counseling interventions. At Dominion Hospital, they were an Education Coordinator/ Utilization Management Liaison and a Lead Behavioral Health Technician- Acute Pediatric and Adult Inpatient Units, where they served as a case manager for outpatient pediatric patients, prepared initial assessment and final discharge reports, participated in treatment team meetings, and provided behavioral health care interventions. At Elastic, they were a Federal User Success Manager, where they managed the United States Navy and National Guard business pipeline, built and supported client relationships, and collaborated with sales, marketing, and partner team to develop new strategies to build business pipeline. At Forward, they are currently an Ambulatory Care Nurse.

Niko Quinones II, RN completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Old Dominion University in 2012. Niko then went on to pursue an Associate of Science - AS in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at ECPI University, which they completed in 2015.
