Victoria Mortensen

Victoria Mortensen has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Victoria began their career as a Caregiver at The Homestead Assisted Living, followed by a Farm Hand at Daloris Dairy. In 2017, they also began working as an Outreach Specialist at Brigham Young University - Idaho. In this role, they completed various tasks related to university enrollment, aided in the training of new employees, created email templates, and helped increase university enrollment through outreach efforts. In 2019, they became a Dispatcher at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers. In 2020, they became an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid, using different computer programs and teaching tools to help children in China learn the basics of the English language. In 2021, they became a Care Coordinator at Forward. Finally, in 2022, they became a Billing Specialist at Octave and a Customer Experience Associate at Headway.

Victoria Mortensen completed a Certificate in Project Management from Coursera in 2022. Victoria also attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Animal Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Washington State University from 2014 to 2015.
