Mikael Lindholm

Mikael Lindholm is the current Director at FOSS. Mikael has also previously worked as the Group Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at FLSmidth from May 2018 to April 2020, where they were responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the group's wide Digital agenda. Mikael was also responsible for the Automation and Digital portfolio's full P&L. Mikael was recruited to propel and accelerate all Digital activities internally and externally. After the strategy was defined, their focus was on establishing a strong foundation in terms of processes, people, and systems to deliver on the Digital ambitions. Mikael also worked on delivering a best-in-class product portfolio and enhancing the customer journey with adequate Digital tools & analytics. In addition to transforming the core business, they also ensured developing & acquiring new capabilities. Some of their key achievements include delivering fully on P&L budget (XXX hundreds million DKK) while building Digital capabilities (team, offerings and platform), and initiating and accelerating the medium-term adjacent portfolio development through Ventures and Partnerships.

Lindholm has also served as a board member for FOSS and as the Vice President of Internet of Things for Telenor Group from January 2017 to April 2018.

Mikael Lindholm has completed an executive program at Singularity University in Mountain View, California, USA. Mikael has also completed part of a Master of Business & Administration at Louisiana State University. Mikael holds a Master of Business and Administration from Karlstad University in the field of marketing and management. Lastly, they have completed part of an MBA at Louisiana State University.
