Charlotte Sword

Charlotte sits on the Management Board and heads the Global Human Resources function. She is a Fellow of the CIPD. With over 20 years of cross sector HR experience, she is responsible for the strategic and operational people practices including: resourcing; talent management; reward; wellbeing and learning. Under Charlotte's leadership the practice has attained Top Employer accreditation, Best Wellbeing, Best Learn & Development and Best Global Mobility solutions.
