Annah Litzenberger

Annah Litzenberger has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Beginning their career at Santander Bank, N.A., they held various positions such as Call Center Quality Analyst, Diversity and Inclusion Analyst, Learning Relationship Manager, AVP, Senior Learning Strategy Manager, VP, Director of Facilitation, and SVP, Head of Learning and Development. Annah created and executed learning strategies, developed management programs, and implemented comprehensive learning initiatives.

Later, they joined TESARO, Inc. and GSK, where they worked as Global Head of Talent and Engagement and Global Head of Talent and Inclusion & Diversity, respectively. These roles involved designing and implementing talent development programs, driving alignment and engagement, and supporting organizational integration.

Their most recent role was with Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. as VP, Head of HR, where they led human resources initiatives.

Currently, they are Chief Human Resources Officer at Fosun Pharma USA Inc.

Annah Litzenberger attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Annah majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Political Science and Psychology. In 2015, they obtained certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
