Jakob Wartman

Jakob Wartman is a Senior Project Manager at The Foth Companies since February 2019, where expertise includes partnering with clients to address technical and regulatory challenges through effective project planning and management. Previously, Jakob served as a Project/Lead Environmental Scientist at Foth, acting as a liaison between clients and technical experts. Prior experience includes working as a Reclamation Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, responsible for mine permit development, environmental review, and supervision of reclamation staff. Additionally, Jakob held roles as Operations Supervisor and Mine Geologist at Cleveland-Cliffs, leading operations crews and managing ore movement. Jakob holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Macalester College.
