Bailey Baerwolf

Bailey Baerwolf is a Creative Producer at Honeyland Films since January 2024, skillfully facilitating effective communication among clients, agencies, and staff while upholding the project vision. As a Photographer for MirMir since October 2022, Bailey manages photo shoots and directs portrait experiences at various events. Previously, as Sales & Marketing Director at Dr. Silkman's from September 2023 to September 2024, Bailey led marketing strategies and team recruitment for multiple pop-up shop locations in NYC. In a previous role as General Manager at Little Local, Bailey oversaw daily operations, branding, and staff recruitment. Bailey's experience includes significant contributions to digital engagement at The New School, where responsibilities spanned managing social media accounts and directing visual content, along with earlier positions at CR Fashion Book and adidas. Bailey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Design from Parsons School of Design in May 2017.
