Navneesh Tiwari

Navneesh Tiwari started their career as an Advocate at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in August 2019 and worked there until September 2021. Navneesh then joined Aeren LPO as a Legal Consultant from October 2021 to October 2022, and later worked as a Legal Associate from October 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they work at Foundation AI as a Data Verification Analyst, starting in June 2023.

Navneesh Tiwari is currently pursuing CS Executive from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Business Law from Kurukshetra University from 2019 to 2021. Navneesh also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Department of Law, Punjabi University Patiala, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights from Kurukshetra University in 2018-2019. Before pursuing their graduate and postgraduate degrees in law, Navneesh received a B.com (Professional) degree from Punjabi University, Patiala, from 2013 to 2016. Navneesh completed their 12th grade education in Commerce with Maths from Govt. Senior Secondary School Civil Lines, Patiala in 2012-2013.

Navneesh has also obtained several certifications to enhance their legal expertise. In July 2020, they completed certifications titled "Career Opportunity After Law School In Post Pandemic World" and "Changing Paradigm of Corporate Law & Practice" from INTO LEGAL WORLD. Navneesh also obtained a certification in "Importance of Research Methodology and Research Metrics" from the same institution in July 2020. In December 2019, Navneesh cleared the ALL INDIA BAR EXAMINATION conducted by the BCI - Bar Council of India. Additionally, they obtained membership in the State Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana in August 2019. In August 2018, Navneesh acquired a certification for the role of Accounts Executive from the National Skill Development Corporation.
