Jason Ferreira

Jason Ferreira is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the supermarket and food service industry. Currently serving as the CEO of Ferreira Foodtown since January 2015, Jason oversees financial, operational, and executive decisions for a small chain of independent family-owned supermarkets. In addition to this role, Jason has been a Director and Trustee at the Foundation Fighting Blindness for over a decade, supporting critical research initiatives in retinal disease. As a Managing Partner at myshopwise.com, Jason leads an online supermarket shopping service catering to customers in Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Previous positions include ownership of Met Foodmarkets, directorship at NSA Risk Retention Group, and internship experiences at White Rose Foods and Tiffany & Company. Jason holds a degree from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
