Todd Durham is currently the Sr. Vice President, Clinical and Outcomes Research at Foundation Fighting Blindness. Todd previously worked as the Head of Biometrics at Novan, Inc., and as the Director Biostatistics, Real-World and Late Phase Research at IQVIA. Todd also founded Durham Statistical Consulting LLC and worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Axio Research, and Inspire Pharmaceuticals in various biostatistics and research roles. Todd holds a PhD in Health Policy and Management, an MS in Biostatistics, and a BS in Biostatistics and Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
