Umang Bhagat, PharmD, RPh, currently serves as the Oncology Pharmacy Manager at Foundation Medical Partners since September 2022, following a significant role as a Clinical Pharmacist at Carney Hospital from October 2019 to July 2023. Educationally, Umang holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, complemented by various pharmacy internships at renowned institutions including Mass General Brigham, CVS Health, Dartmouth-Hitchcock, and Boston Medical Center, where responsibilities spanned patient counseling, interprofessional collaboration, medication management, and clinical project involvement.
