Kimberly Moore has over two decades of experience in customer service and operations management within the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience - East at Foundation Medicine since May 2021, Kimberly has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to this, Kimberly spent 17 years at Blue Cross NC, where progression through roles such as Manager of Service Operations and Senior Team Lead was achieved. Kimberly also gained early experience as a Customer Service Coach at Cingular Wireless and as a Customer Service Representative at AIT Advanced Internet Technologies.
