Rachel Squillace

Vice President, Technology Product Management at Foundation Medicine

Rachel Squillace has a comprehensive work experience in the field of biomedical informatics and translational oncology. Rachel started their career as a Senior Research Scientist at The Rothberg Institute, Inc. in 2002 and also worked as a Visiting Scientist at Yale University School of Medicine from 2004 to 2006. Rachel then joined Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where they held various positions including Senior Research Scientist and Senior Staff Scientist from 2006 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Foundation Medicine as a Lead Scientist in Biomedical Informatics and later served as an Associate Director and Director in the same field. Rachel then transitioned to roles in Translational Oncology and Clinical Reporting, where they held positions as Senior Director and Vice President of Technology Product Management. Rachel's most recent position at Foundation Medicine is as Vice President of Technology Product Management, starting in May 2022.

Rachel Squillace obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular Biology from the University of Puget Sound from 1989 to 1993. Rachel then pursued further education and earned a PhD in Pharmacology, Cell, and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington from 1995 to 2002.
