Kimberly Leandre

Director, Human Resources Compensation at Foundation Partners Group

Kimberly Leandre has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kimberly started their career at Arrow Electronics in 2002 as a Human Resources Administrator and eventually became a Payroll Supervisor. In 2009, they joined ASR Group as a Payroll Supervisor and later became the Global Human Resources Compensation Manager. In 2017, Kimberly joined Sequa Corporation as the Global Compensation, HRIS & Payroll Manager and later became the Global Compensation & HRIS Senior Manager. In 2020, they joined G4S as the Director of Shared Services, and most recently, they became the Director of Human Resources Compensation at Foundation Partners Group in 2021.

Kimberly Leandre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management from Dowling College. Kimberly also possesses a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, obtained from the University at Albany, SUNY. In terms of certifications, Kimberly obtained the designation of Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in April 2011. Additionally, they hold an ILR, Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Advanced Certificate from Cornell University, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
