The founders of Foundation have a history in engineering, product management, and design. They have worked at companies such as Harbor, Inc., Uber, Weave Networking, and Dharma Labs. They also have experience as freelancers and founders of their own companies. The team is interdisciplinary, with members coming from disciplines such as aerospace engineering, business, and product design.
