Sandeep Roy

Sandeep Roy is the Founder and CEO of Innovate2Grow, established in 2017, focusing on the digital transformation of businesses. Sandeep serves as Chapter Leader at the Founder Institute since April 2020, aiding pre-seed startup entrepreneurs. Additionally, Sandeep is an Investor Advisor and Board Member for TEDx BonnSquare and has advisory roles at BizGees and gravityAI, promoting societal inclusion and AI innovation, respectively. As a Mentor for the SETsquared Partnership, NatWest, and The Finance Innovation Lab, Sandeep supports startups and innovators in various sectors. Sandeep is also a Guest Lecturer at Oxford Brookes Business School, contributing to the development of future business leaders. Prior experience includes a Director role at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program from The Wharton School and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Calcutta.
