Richard Wetzler

Richard Wetzler has extensive experience in executive roles in various companies. Richard currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Advisers, where they focus on driving profitability and implementing high-growth strategies. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Korn Ferry, overseeing operational excellence and growth strategies. Richard also served as the Chief of Staff at LRN, providing leverage for the CEO and improving efficiency. Additionally, Wetzler held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Consulting Services, at Kroll, and Head of Shared Services at Oliver Wyman. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Oliver Wyman and the Chief Financial Officer of Mercer. Wetzler has a strong background in operational excellence, financial management, and strategic leadership.

Richard Wetzler attended Marist College from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
