Ariel Boone has four years of professional experience. In 2019, they began working at Founders First Capital Partners, LLC as a Regional Development Manager, responsible for helping small businesses grow and scale by providing venture level resources. Ariel also served as a Program Coordinator, recruiting and developing small business owners and promoting Pitch Day events. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Business Retention & Workforce Coordinator at Garland Chamber of Commerce, managing and developing the long-term growth and sustainability of the Dallas County Manufacturers' Association. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Florida Trade Recruiter at Exodyne: St. Petersburg College - Florida TRADE, building relationships and partnerships with employers regarding hiring needs for students in the Florida TRADE program.
