Kim Weaver has extensive experience as a Director of Human Resources, with their most recent role being at Founders Group International starting in 2021. Before entering the field of Human Resources, Weaver worked as the Director of Marketing at Alpha Associates, Incorporated from 2003 to 2015.
Kim Weaver earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Fairmont State University. Kim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from West Virginia University.
