Kermitt Frago

Kermitt Frago is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing diverse accounts across various industries, including travel, fintech, telecommunications, health, courier services, e-commerce, and retail. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Foundever since August 2018, Kermitt oversees operations for Sitel’s accounts in Australia and the Philippines, managing five sites. Previous roles include Group General Manager at Stellar and Global Director of Client and Shared Services at Digital Room, where responsibilities encompassed process improvement, leadership development, and project management amid multiple acquisitions. Kermitt's career also features significant positions at Teleperformance and Transcom, where management of operations for major clients was a highlight. Kermitt holds Six Sigma Black and Green Belt certifications from Ateneo de Manila University and a B.S. in Medical Technology from Trinity University of Asia.
