Alicia Dixon

Alicia Dixon, SPHR, has a comprehensive work experience spanning over many years. Alicia is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Foundry Brands since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Urbint from 2021 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in managing and upgrading the People function and establishing global processes.

From 2018 to 2021, Dixon held different positions at GoDaddy and its acquired company Main Street Hub. As the Senior Director of People Operations Acquisition Integration, they played a key role in executing and stabilizing the Main Street Hub acquisition. Alicia also served as the Senior Director of People Operations at GoDaddy, where they supported a large team and aligned people strategy with business objectives.

Before joining GoDaddy, Dixon worked at Mutual Mobile as the Global Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2016, where they provided HR leadership across the organization. Alicia also served as the HR Manager at Razorfish from 2007 to 2013, overseeing HR operations.

In their earlier career, Dixon gained experience as a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter at IE Discovery from 2003 to 2005, where they were responsible for recruiting and implementing new performance review systems. Alicia also worked as a Human Resource Specialist IV at the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services from 2002 to 2003, and as a Recruiting Manager at Eureka Software Solutions from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, they began their career as a Staffing Specialist at Dell Computers from 1999 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Dixon has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and acquisition integration.

Alicia Dixon, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Southwestern University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Westwood High School from 1989 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Alicia obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010. In 2015, they obtained both a Senior Human Resource Professional certification from HRCI and a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in 2019, Alicia became a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery through PKAA.
