Ryan Rafferty

Ryan Rafferty is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching a diverse range of grade levels. Currently serving as a Grade 4 Teacher at Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 since August 2021, Ryan previously taught Grade 2 at the same district from August 2017 to May 2021, and at Community Day Charter School from August 2014 to August 2017. Earlier in the career, Ryan taught Grade 3 at Sacred Heart School and gained valuable experience as a Student Teacher at Louise A. Conley Elementary School. Ryan's educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Moderate Special Needs from Boston College, a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Stonehill College, and a Principal Certification from Lamar University. Throughout this professional journey, Ryan has emphasized the use of differentiated instruction to meet the varied academic needs of students and has actively engaged in lesson planning and collaboration within the educational community.
