Minhee Cho has a diverse work experience in the field of media relations and communications. They began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Syracuse University School of Information Studies in 2009. After that, they worked as a Communications & Advocacy Intern at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America in 2010. They actively pitched media outlets and managed the organization's online community.

In 2011, Minhee joined ProPublica as a Communications Manager, where they pitched media and advocacy groups and served as the primary contact for media requests. They later became a Senior Communications Manager and eventually the Director of Public Relations. They oversaw partnerships and served as the main point of contact for over 100 reporters.

In 2019, Minhee joined the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights organization as a Media Relations Associate. They secured media coverage and edited/op-ed placements. They later became a Media Relations Manager, doubling media mentions and increasing coverage for the annual gala.

Most recently, in 2021, Minhee joined Fountain House as the Director of Media Strategy. They trained individuals living with mental illness to share their stories with the media, led op-ed strategy and publication promotion, and collaborated with agency consultants to provide communications support to network partners.

Minhee Cho attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Public Relations, Policy Studies, and Marketing.
