Janet Hewson

Janet Hewson has a strong and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Janet started their career in 1987 as an RN Director of the Emergency Department at Orange County Global Medical Center, where they worked until February 2016. In March 2016, they became the Director of ED/ICU at Los Angeles Community Hospitals at LA and Norwalk. In September 2016, they joined Foothill Regional Medical Center as the Director of Emergency, ICU, and Education. Later, they moved to Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, where they held the position of Trauma Program Manager from July 2018 to December 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Nursing at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, starting from June 2021.

Janet Hewson completed their education at multiple institutions. Janet first attended California Hospital School of Nursing from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained an ADN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of Phoenix, from 2011 to April 2013. Finally, they completed their MSN ED in Nursing Education at Western Governors University, from 2016 to 2018.
