Diana Keller has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Diana served as the Head of People and Customer Service (Donor Care) / Special Projects Manager at FOUR PAWS, where they managed the donor care department and oversaw special projects. In 2012 to 2013, they completed a Graduate Certificate of Humanitarian Leadership at Deakin University. Currently, they are studying Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge, expected to graduate in 2023. Additionally, Diana has obtained certifications in ESG and Procurement, Business Sustainability Management, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Project Management.
