Diana Keller

Diana Keller has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Diana served as the Head of People and Customer Service (Donor Care) / Special Projects Manager at FOUR PAWS, where they managed the donor care department and oversaw special projects. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance and Administration at the same company.

Before their time at FOUR PAWS, Diana worked at ACAPS - Assessment Capacities Project, where they held the positions of Change Manager and Head of International Programme Operations. As Change Manager, they developed strategies for partnerships and helped launch the H2H network. In their role as Head of International Programme Operations, they provided real-time analysis of humanitarian needs and risks and conducted reporting to measure program impact.

Diana also worked at Save the Children, where they served as a Senior Humanitarian Advisor, Area Manager, Project Manager, and Programme Manager. In these roles, they provided consulting expertise during a merger, supported international responses to climate change, led inter-agency leadership development programs, and managed a child protection trainee scheme.

Additionally, Diana has experience at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Country Finance and Administration Manager and Country Logistics, Finance, and Administration Manager. Diana also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and as the Director of Meetings at the Association for Psychological Science. Diana'searly career included the role of Program Director at International Seminar Design, Inc.

Diana Keller attended Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service from 1997 to 2001, earning a BSc degree in Economics and International Relations. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master's in Public Administration at Syracuse University - Maxwell School. In 2012 to 2013, they completed a Graduate Certificate of Humanitarian Leadership at Deakin University. Currently, they are studying Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge, expected to graduate in 2023. Additionally, Diana has obtained certifications in ESG and Procurement, Business Sustainability Management, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Project Management.
