Katarzyna Dziuda

Katarzyna Dziuda is a seasoned professional in digital project management with extensive experience in leading strategic IT initiatives at FOUR PAWS since January 2021, currently serving as Digital Solutions Lead. With a strong background in coordinating international projects, managing ERP implementations, and supporting internal business partners, Katarzyna has successfully established project teams and improved management practices. Prior roles include IT Project Management Consultant at STW Managementberatung, where responsibilities extended to portfolio management and agile project support for Raiffeisen Bank International AG, as well as earlier positions at Citi, Mercer, and EUIPO, which provided foundational analytical skills. Katarzyna holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the University of Warsaw and has participated in various diplomatic and economic educational programs.
