Islam Allam is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in room operations and guest services across prestigious hotel brands. Currently serving as the Director of Rooms Operations at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza since August 2023, Islam has held significant roles at Marriott International, including Director of Rooms Operations at The St. Regis New Capital and acting Hotel Manager during the Property Investment Plan at Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel & Spa. Previous positions include leadership roles at Kempinski Hotels, AccorHotels, Dusit International, and InterContinental Hotels Group, showcasing a progression from Guest Service Agent to management. Islam holds a degree from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, completed between 2000 and 2004.
