Charlotte Turner

Charlotte Turner has a background in Human Resource Management and has held various roles in HR departments at different companies. At Fourfront Group, Charlotte currently holds the position of Group People Director, managing employee relations matters and leading projects within the organization. Prior to that, Charlotte worked at Thames Valley Police in the HR (People Services) department. Charlotte has also pursued further education in HR management with a CIPD Intermediate Level 5 degree from Avado. Their academic background includes A Levels in Biology, Geography, Psychology, and Physical Education from Leighton Park, Reading.
