Director, Customer Enablement at FourKites

Brett Corey has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brett started their career in 2008 at Maersk Line, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative for three years. Brett then moved up the ranks to become a Senior Customer Service Representative, followed by Trade Analyst and eventually Senior Trade Analyst. In 2015, Brett joined FourKites, Inc. as an Operations Associate and progressed through various roles such as Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success - Team Lead, and Director of Customer Success. Currently, Brett holds the position of Director of Customer Enablement at FourKites, Inc.

Brett Corey attended Elon University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sociology. In August 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
