Michael Janoski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career as an Honor Caddie at the Chicago Golf Club in 2006 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Colt Industries. In 2012, they were a Consultant at St. Louis Hillel, where they conducted surveys and interviews to attract more students.
