Tom Gregorchik

Vice President, Industry Strategy at FourKites

Tom Gregorchik's work experience begins with their role as Vice President of Industry Strategy at FourKites, Inc. starting in April 2023. In this position, they act as an executive advisor, supporting industry strategy for manufacturing companies, and helping to unlock value across the enterprise through real-time logistics tracking.

Prior to their current role, Tom worked at Kinaxis from January 2016 to April 2023 as a Senior Industry Principal. Here, they supported the sales organization by providing executive value industry positioning and value engineering. Tom covered key industries such as consumer goods, life sciences, aerospace and defense, distribution, high tech, retail, and industrial.

From March 2012 to January 2016, Tom worked at Retail Solutions, Inc. in two roles. Initially, they served as a Sales Engineering Manager, responsible for pre-sales solution consulting in North America, as well as supporting Europe, Australia, and Brazil. With a focus on leveraging downstream retailer data, they helped suppliers improve retail execution, promotion planning and analysis, inventory management, assortment planning, and demand and supply planning.

During their time at Retail Solutions, Inc., Tom also held the position of Sales Director from November 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they served as a Sales Account Executive for consumer electronics, hardlines, and select CPG accounts. Tom'sresponsibilities included business development, marketing content creation, value positioning, contract negotiations, and renewals.

Before joining Retail Solutions, Inc., Tom worked at Oracle as a Senior Sales Consultant from June 2007 to March 2012. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2005 to June 2007. Tom'searlier experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Consultant at Manugistics from September 2002 to January 2005, and as an Industrial Engineer at M&M/Mars from 2000 to 2001.

Tom Gregorchik received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which they attended from 2005 to 2007.
