Jacob Ellwood

Jacob Ellwood has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on drilling engineering since 2002. Currently serving as a Drilling Engineer at FourPoint Energy, LLC since June 2014, Jacob oversees various aspects of drilling operations across the Texas Panhandle and Western Oklahoma. Prior roles include positions at Sundance Energy, Cordillera Energy Partners, Cabot Oil & Gas, and Petrogulf Corporation, where Jacob managed multiple drilling rigs and operations while supervising teams and optimizing costs through competitive bidding processes. Jacob began a career at Halliburton as a Technical Professional, developing stimulation treatments and collaborating closely with clients. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
