James Shallcross

James Shallcross is currently the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at FourSynergy Group and Fairhome Group PLC. Prior to their current roles, James worked as the Head of Legal - Strategic Transactions at Arrow Global Group Plc. James also has experience working as a Consultant at a global investment bank and as an Associate at Eversheds, as well as a Solicitor at DWF. James holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Newcastle University, a Master of Business Administration in Global Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham, and a Legal Practice Course degree from Northumbria University.
