Rohit Ramani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rohit is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Fourth Frontier since December 2021. Prior to this, Rohit was the Co-Founder and CEO of nexpera.ai, a B2B SaaS platform focusing on IoT and AI for hospitality, facilities management, and smart communities. At nexpera.ai, they were involved in various aspects such as company formation, team building, MVP development, and business development. Rohit's work at nexpera.ai helped the company secure seed round funding.

Before their role at nexpera.ai, Rohit worked at Broadcom as a Sr Manager, System Design. Rohit was part of the founding engineering team and played a key role in building two generations of LTE BaseBand products. Rohit'sresponsibilities included software development, architecture, HW/SW partition, and physical layer algorithms. During their time at Broadcom, they contributed to the success of the company, which is now a Fortune 200 public-listed entity.

Prior to Broadcom, Rohit was a Principal Engineer, System Design at Beceem Communications Inc. Rohit was again part of the founding engineering team and played a crucial role in building five generations of products. Under their leadership, Beceem Communications Inc achieved significant growth, reaching an annual revenue of $100 million.

Rohit's career started at Sasken, where they worked as a Technical Team Lead. Rohit was part of the founding team of an ODC setup and played a role in expanding the team from 4 to 40 members. Rohit'sprimary focus at Sasken was on ADSL2/2+ Modem Software Development.

Rohit Ramani completed their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1996 to 2000. Rohit later pursued an Executive MBA specializing in Data Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Rohit obtained several certifications from Coursera.
