Marcelo Perin

Marcelo Perin has diverse experience in the animation industry, with a focus on storyboard and animation roles. Marcelo began their career as a Storyboard Artist with Mixer Films in 2016 before moving on to freelancing as a Storyboard Artist with Alopra Estúdio in 2017. Marcelo then joined Combo Estúdio as a Storyboard Artist in 2018 and later became a Lead Storyboard Artist at Combo Estúdio in 2019. In the same year, Marcelo worked as a Development Artist at Campo4 Desenhos Animados and as a Freelance Storyboard Artist at SuperToons. Marcelo also gained experience as a Harmony Animator at Blue-Zoo Animation Studio, contributing to TV series "It's Pony" with Nickelodeon. Marcelo joined ACCESS: VFX as a Mentor in 2019 and participated in the animation industry's development. In 2020, they became a Harmony Senior Animator at Fourth Wall before progressing to their current position as Lead Animator at the same company. Additionally, Marcelo owned Fasfavor Desenhos Animados from 2014 to 2021.

Marcelo Perin began their education in 2004 at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. Marcelo completed their studies in 2008. In the following year, they attended Academia de Animação e Artes Digitais for traditional animation, although it is unclear whether they obtained a formal degree from this institution. Later, in 2012, Marcelo enrolled at The Animation Workshop and earned a Bachelor's degree in Character Animation in 2013.
