Viviana de Vincentis

Viviana De Vincentis has over 17 years of experience in legal affairs and business support roles. Viviana currently serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at The Walt Disney Company since March 2020. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Fox Networks Group, where they were responsible for legal and business affairs across various regions, including Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and Africa. Viviana also served as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs for Fox International Channels, where they oversaw operations in the Balkans, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. In addition, they worked as the Manager of Legal and Business Affairs for Fox International Channels in the Balkans and was the sole legal counsel for the company in this region. Viviana's expertise includes providing regulatory advice, supporting business operations, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws. Viviana has extensive experience in drafting agreements, conducting negotiations, and managing legal risks. Prior to their work in media companies, they gained experience as a legal trainee at Prioreschi & Partners Law Firm.

Viviana De Vincentis completed their Master of Science in Intellectual Properties at Luiss Guido Carli University in 2011. Prior to that, they graduated from the same university in 2002 with a degree in International Law.
